1977-One-Cent-Problems-With-Minting?

Good day, I ask you to help me to understand if this cent is a minting error or a subsequent mistake. It has double handwriting many times unreadable, date ruined, and other defects as you can see. I take this as a warm greeting.

to CCF. Need better photos,but kinda looks like acid damage. Maybe a coin found metal detecting? Weight?

If the weight is normal, it looks like to me it was torched.

With those numbers I am leaning towards acid damage.
