Not sure what you are looking at. On the bay to the left of the Statue, there is the normal false column, but it has been almost polished totally gone. Is that what you are seeing?

I think I see what you are pointing out. There is a crooked rise starting out midway between the 2 columns and ends as a pointed bump in the lamination closer to the right column, correct?

I have run across those before but usually if rotate the coin under the scope it turns out to be discoloration or small lamination bubble/bump. It is really hard to tell from the photo though so...
