Is this a RPM on this nickel? It really looks like it, but I'm not 100% because I really hope it is :)

To my knowledge there are no RPM/OMM for the 28s.

Edit: are you referring to the widening of the lower tail of the S south. Or the image to the east of the MM?

If you're referring to the south, it's just wear.

If your referring the image east, more than likely dirt and discoloration resembling an S. Can't tell from the pics if it's raised, would need a close up angled shot.

I was refering to the image to the east of the MM. I know the south is just wear. With the way the image to the east curls and has a potential serif, it was enough to make me have to ask at least
