It is Machine Doubling. The devices are incuse on that area and the MD makes it appear as a doubled die, but it is not. The doubled dies are located on the center of the designs on both sides of the quarters for the State and the ATB. About 70% of the reverse area where your looking show mild to extreme Machine Doubling. There is no DDR on that area of the design. Just the Machine Doubling.
