Needing assistance identifying this coin. It appears to have the characteristics of the already discovered variety, however, rpm north of primary doesn't seem as prevalent.

I have one in MS-65, I'm not seeing a large date small date cent. It looks normal to me.

It is a normal large date. The small over large date with the RPM looks like this:
1960-D-LMC-Small-Over-Large-Date
The biggest clue? The zero. Look at the size of it and the RPM.
