Note how all the devices are reduced in size. It appears the die was polished and removed the fields areas and some devices shorter in stature. but at looking at UNITED it looks like some machine Machine Doubling it present, but not the normal type. It appears that is dropped not touching part of the outside edges that it normally would affect and the other devices on STATES are also showing a similar event. But whhen you look at all of the at once, that is the only area affected like this and all in the same direction. But with the devices moving around the outer edge of the coin, it affected them different from device to device. So I feel there is no premium for this, but is a different form of Machine Doubling.

I thought someone might say that. I guess that's the problem I am having is figuring whether or not it reduces the size of the device.
