1960 D, Jefferson Nickel #2, Grading Opinion?

KYCopperCoins Pillar of the Community United States 1361 Posts	Posted 08/08/2020 03:14 am I purchased 75 BU bank rolls of Jefferson nickels from the 60's and 70's locally this week, so I may be posting some of the better ones for some opinions as I go. KYCopperCoins Pillar of the Community United States 1361 Posts	Posted 08/08/2020 09:13 am Yeah, T-Bop, the most steps I have seen so far out of 3 rolls of these has been 3 steps sadly...mostly high technical grading coins. 1960d still has zero certified full steps designations by both PCGS and NGC...so it is a tough one to begin with.
