Above GOD at rim toothpick didn't do anything to it. What do you think it could be? Reverse has pretty bad rot around the Ts.

Well it could be one of two things. As mentioned a possible dropped die that created a dent on that area.

Or the beginning of die attrition:

Not higher than the rim, so it is not a Cud. I feel it is a die dent as it is now wide enough to be an attrition issue.
