Does anyone know anything about this coin? Apparently it was made by the US mint,but in a very small run. I cannot find much of anything about it. Any info is appreciated,ty

There's one on ebay at the moment, but in bronze, that they are asking US$500 for (tried to supply a link but it won't work for some reason).
