Arabic/Egyptian Coin? (Id: 1915 Ottoman 5 Para)

The corrosion is obscuring most of the date and other details, but the toughra in the first picture is indicative of these places. What is the diameter? Edit: I now see the date ends in 7 if you rotate the 2d picture 90 degrees clockwise.
