Nice one! it's rare to find a capped die strike through that has deteriorated enough to see the date. This is a fairly late stage strike through, the cap layer has begun to thin out quite a bit at this point.

The cap is getting thinned a lot. But it hadn't rotated yet. It really makes some interesting coins when this happens:
