On the rev, there may have been a small amount of grease in some of the letters of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, but I'm seeing little else other than the circulation wear noted by @nieuw. On the other side besides the wear some of the letters look out of place or different from other pennies from this year I've compared them too.
