The 68 has super bad doubling on the word LIBERTY.

I have 1939 D that I pictured and I think it has the other type of steps. I will get on the computer and add the pictures. Not sure how I missed it.

In my opinion, none of them are worth getting graded.

If hundreds of @coop posts/pictures have taught me anything, I'd say that's Machine Doubling on the '68.

As a general rule: a coin need a retail value after slabbing of at least $150 to justify all costs involved in slabbing.

I bought 6 uncirculated 1964 D penny rolls a while back and the end pennies are really toned with blue....is that something you would like to check out?

No, never. Seriously, I just try to be honest. The vast majority of Jefferson nickels are not worth grading, even the key dates, unless they are in exceptional condition or have FS for a year when that is especially rare to find. Other series that are generally more valuable will have more examples that warrant the cost of TPG submission.
