I found this Canadian penny and I noticed it has a dot under the "3" in the date and I was wondering if anybody could help with information on it. I would like to know if it's worth anything or not? Thanks to all that can help me.

The pictures aren't the best. It could be damage (the coin was hit by something) or a small Struck Through. Either way, it adds zero value to the coin.

It's a die chip. I've seen at least 5-6 different '36's that people think are a "dot", but they are just chips. Musta been cheap steel for the working dies.
