2020 Virgin Island Quarter Error On Reverse?

Just wondering what kind of error this is and what the coin community considers this category of coin to be when there are multiple coins with the same type of error in the same location?

I found this error on the reverse on my coin then looked it up on ebay and found a seller with a similar error coin. I also threw in a few other photos from the same coin as I am curious to what kind of oddities these are, PMD, DDD, etc?
