I'll leave that to the experts, but well-worn examples like this often exhibit peculiar features due to circulation damage.

I agree unfortunately. Just looks like circulated to me. But many others are a better judge than I.

I think the ear is circulation damage and flattening over the years. As for the eyelid it's possible but you would have to soak it in acetone to get the crud out to even tell....

Looks like the die flow lines and not just in that area. A case of looking to hard and too close. Die flow lines affect the eye and nose areas on these cents:

The angle of the flow lines are not in the same direction as the hub doubling:
