to CCF. Does not look like a coin. Give it a bit and someone in the know will help you.

Unlikely it is a coin, but several countries do have the Scales of Justice on their coins. The pictures are not clear enough for a definitive ID, but as John said it's not a coin; most likely a token or pendant.

@triple, first welcome to CCF. Second, can you please post the weight of this piece? Also, it looks a little bit like there might have been a loop at the top of this piece which has been broken off. Can you see if that is the case?

Finally, can provide an y context for how you got this? For example, was it part of a world coin collection that you inherited or did you dig it up while metal detecting or grab it out of a coin dealer's junk box? That might help a little with identification.

Thanks fellas for the warm welcome. The "Coin" is very heavy. The coin is roughly the size if a silver dollar and weight 52 grams or something close. It looks as if its gold underneath the silvery layer on the surface. I got it with some other pieces from a large coin collection when my friend became incarcerated. Ill post some better clearer pics shortly.

If you have 52 grams of gold, congratulations!

But I suspect it is brass It would be very unusual to put a coating over gold.
