I just got an 1861-O Seated Half back from PCGS with natural cartwheel luster and surfaces that two different local dealers thought were 100% original, and PCGS called it cleaned (I will submit it to NGC eventually). It seems they are really cracking down aggressively on anything that seems suspicious at all, so my guess this is that this coin would receive a details grade.
