Note the trench on the edge? That area was flattened on the coin. Not a premium for the coin.

It's just damage. It may have been an Encased Coin at some time.

Well I feel it was smashed in a heavy hammer and 2X4s with another coin. Note the rim transfer through EPU from another strong contact from another cent. Just damage.
