Very beautiful coin with a good strike...couple of spots. Not sure about the grading part? you'd almost have to get a MS67 to make it worth it. I'm not sure about the 9...? I don't know what it's called? I'm still learning myself. Looks like the leg of the 9 continued onto the rim or a well placed hit that caused the metal to move? I'll wait for the experts to reply...
