looks ms-63 to me, maybe the lighting but the reverse looks cleaned.

You may want to give that a soak in acetone. There's some green goo on the reverse.

Pics with better lighting would help. Based on the pics, I'd say MS-64, but I'm not confident with that, plus there is green gunk on the reverse rim at 3 o'clock.
