Was wondering what grade this 1936 Canadian penny would be considered? I was told it's called the "dot penny" but not sure exactly what that means. Thank you for taking your time for looking at it.

I don't believe it is. The dot should be further to the left.

Hi Jujuboots.....to CCF

Your coin shows a die chip the dot would be between the 9 and 3 if it was a true 'Dot Coin"

The 'dot' sure looks like a puncture mark to me.
