India Quarter Anna 1907 With Reverse Die Clash Error

This British India quarter anna appears to have a die clash error on the reverse:

India-Quarter-Anna-1907-With-Reverse-Die-Clash-Error
British India Quarter Anna 1907
Bronze, 25 mm, 4.83 gm, Calcutta, Krause KM 502

The mirror image of the king's head appears on the reverse with the king's nose to the left.

I originally believed this to be a brockage but was informed by more experienced people that it was a die clash.

Any comments or alternate ideas for the lines on the reverse?

Die clash seems most likely - possibly ghosting but I'm not familiar enough with quarter annas to know if they were affected by it.
