Hello!

On the right of the mint Mark "D" it almost looks like its pulling away, I have not seen before. Not sure what this is, what do you all think? PMD?

Thanks!

This is called "split plating". This condition occurs when the copper plating is stretched too thin, exposing the zinc core. The next stage for this cent is when zinc rot sets in, eventually eating the coin. Sorry, but no premium I'm afraid. Good eye spotting this! Keep searching!

Here is a quote from Mike Diamond;I've never seen a zinc cent with a lamination error, only peeling plating.
