It is a coin called a centenionalis of Emperor Constantius II (337-361 AD). This type was struck roughly from about 350-355 AD.
The reverse features a Roman soldier spearing a fallen Persian horseman. The Latin legend is FEL TEMP REPARATIO which roughly translates as "The restoration of the good times".
