My own guess is EF maybey AU. It is cleaned dipped I think. And there is quite a lot of green.

AU-50 for me and, you will have to try and get the verdigris off maybe with acetone.

AU wearwise, but heavily cleaned. I don't think that it's vertigris .. it looks like powder that it was blasted with to clean it. You see coins like that that were cleaned with toothpaste, but this looks like high pressure blast with powder, maybe even talc.
