Hello, on the observe above 50 and on the reverse on both sides of 2002 are these struck through errors? And the horse s front leg, is it a doubling error?Thanks for help

Struck through is reasonable, yes. I am not sure about the leg. Compare it to a photo of the original design, and see if anything has actually been added. It could also be Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.
