Found this in pocket change and looked online but can't find anything. I remember a while back I saw a video of someone exposing the scratches but can't seem to find that video. Any ideas? I took multiple photos

This is caused by Die Deterioration. As the die is striking coins, the metal on the surface of the die slowly yields and causes the radial striations you see the coin. It's much more common on nickels due to the hardness of the alloy, but can be found on any coin. another developing feature of Die Deterioration on this coin is what's called a Ridge Ring, which is a "bump" that spreads the outer devices and fields of the coin, specifically IGWT.
