It is a Grease Filled Die issue. How can you tell for sure? Note on the devices that are there. That is the size they should be. But when grease fills the devices full, nothing appears. When you look down to the last partial fills, not the devices are wider. Then look at the unfilled examples. Then you can see the devices are wider on a Grease Filled Die.

Huh that is interesting. I've never really looked into the actual specific enlargement of the devices relating to a Grease Filled Die. Thanks Coop for the explanation and photos.
