I was getting frustrated because I still haven't found a DDO, then the next 2 coins were die clashes. The other was a 1965.

Memorial bay 3 and 7.

Takes years of dedication and time to learn to become a variety collector. Do you have what it takes?

Before I came to this website, the ONLY type of DDO I knew about was the 1955 Lincoln Cent, with everything really spaced far apart.
Now, with all these different types out there, I really have to read up on them and pay close attention to the extremely subtle differences to be able to find a newer (single squeeze) type of DDO.

Keep trying, I'm sure you'll find one soon :)

Took a good while for me to find (meaningful) errors--a little bit inexperience (not knowing what to/how to see), and a lot rarity. There just aren't that many coins having (meaningful) errors out there in circulation--considering there are billions of coins knocking about, and those languishing in jars, pails, and boxes, or at the bottom lakes and such.

@helpmethanks, Grelko makes a good point. If the only doubled dies you're looking for are the extreme ones, most of those have already been pulled from circulation because 1. there were typically fewer minted, since the mint would realize the mistake and replace the die, and 2. they're so obvious that people notice them more easily. I've searched about 7-8 boxes ($25 each) of pennies since I got into this hobby, and I've found at least a couple errors and varieties in each, but you may need to look more carefully for the minor stuff.
