The extra green ink is minor and most likely from the serial number print head. The fingerprint looking mark on the back is quite common and from the George Washington portrait. And last, the broken ladder term is an ebay hype term used by sellers when the note has nothing else going for it...like the term Trinary.

Thanks steveintampa and coinfrog. It looked pretty minor to me also but as you know sometimes minor errors are major bucks. Maybe next time. Thanks a lot for the info
