I'm an absolute newbie to collecting and grading, so go easy on me, but wanted an opinion. Could I estimate this grade as an AU58? Or am I underestimating the scratches here? Can't find a price on PCGS for this coin, any thoughts there too?

I'd say about EF-40 sharpness. Color is unclear given the lighting, but even if it's brown and original, we're talking less than 50 cents in value.

Thanks! Yeah I wasn't assuming it was a valuable coin, but that confirms my thinking. I was in the 35-50 cent range.
