My first concern is the angle matches the die flow. So I would question this one. The angle should be closer to the same as the normal lid:

Die flow follows the the direction that you are looking at:

1944-LWC-DDO-Doubled-Eyelid?

On Variety Vista, they list one that looks similar to yours:

But I wouldn't call that an extra eyelid. (But that is just me, and how I feel about it)

Rob0411 could be but a better pic of the obverse close up to the eye with the coin orientated vertical would help, also a date picture, could be WDDO-023

That was my concern also. I saw the 63P-1DO-010 looks close. The angle close to mine. (?). Then the die flow (?).

The only chance for a match to that die, would be mintmark locations?

I saw that WDDO-023. Figured that's why you wanted the date picture. There's no (dot) between 9&4.

I guess sense there's no MM or dot. I'll log it as a ( Lol maybe yes maybe no).
Thanks coop & cointheterm for help.

RobO411: I had a similar coin sent to MR Wiles along with some other coin and this is what he sent back in a letter regarding the DDO EYE.
