1823 Farthing Possible Error?

I've just brought a bunch of coins and noticed this 1823 farthing. It seems to have a error on it, the trident in the Britannia's hand seems to have a crack running from it almost like a lighting streak. Can someone grade it for me as I can never seem to grade correctly and does this affect any value?

I'd suggest good fine, but with severe post mint damage to both sides.
