So if the die was over polshed, these incuse devices on cents can not appear, but not a premium as they are just a die event. You often see these on ebay for sale, but there is nothing of real interest on these.

Well the Lincoln Cent I think it was added to the design in 1909 on the reverses. And the back lash of having his initials on his initials on the reverse so large, they pulled dies in in a few months to appease everyone. The design of Longacre hading the 'L' didn't start until 1864 with the 'L' on the ribbon. It took me a long time to even see it.

So the 1859-1863 didn't have the initials.

No. Brenner didn't come to the US until 1890. Also Longacre died in 1869, Brenner was born in 1870. So unless Brenner was Longacre reincarnated, No.
