Hmmm. It appears to have been very heavily tooled. The obverse appears to be that of Hadrian? But the reverse, with clasping hands, appears to have been carved into it post-mint. Whether the carving is modern or was done in ancient times, is had to say; the verdigris pattern implies ancient vandalism. The deep notches at top and bottom imply it was intended to be tied on to something with string.

A lot of debasement with these, it seems. At a certain point, I guess you just have a debased coin labeled for what it is: AE.

The coin was recently found by diggers. No modern intervention.
The coin is Tetradrachm EGYPT, Alexandria. Hadrian. AD 117-138. as it was indicated by Bob L
