I think the clue is in the seller. That one has been much discussed on other fora for constantly coming up with dubious "error" coins and artificially toned common ones. For quite a while she was trying to persuade the world she had found a genuine 1933 penny - which was relisted multiple times despite supposedly having been sold each time before (presumably to one of her shill-bidders).
