A couple months ago I came across this Swedish 1921 5 Ore in maybe AU condition and it seemed as if it might have been cleaned or polished. The coin does show some likely hairlines on both the obverse and reverse but it also has a halfway decent cartwheel.
I would like to get your guys opinion.

Your pictures aren't good enough to determine the cause but it would definitely earn a Details label.

I would say it's almost certain it has been cleaned/polished. (unfortunately)

heavily polished. Copper or bronze coins never look like that if left uncleaned. Easy to find examples of what similar coins should look like if uncleaned. Business strikes should had frosty fields. Once cleaned or polished, the frosty (crystaline like) surface is gone forever.

There appear to be dark areas of oxidation on the flat areas close to any raised details like the numbers and crown yet no oxidation in the open flat areas. Unfortunately the oxidation process doesn't differentiate between these areas so IMO, it's polished/cleaned.
