Really nice doubling on this one. I've got two of these now and just got a 53D/S as well. Now the one I'm hunting for is the D/inverted D. They are hard to find in any condition. Back to this coin. What do you think?

Love it! Been hunting for one of these myself. It's a very strong doubled die. I thought I saw the D/S on ebay a while ago but no D/inverted D. I agree they are toughies to find as well as this DDR. Anyways, amazing find and congrats!

Thanks CH. I noticed an AU D/S listed correctly with a .99 starting bid. I bet it won't go too high you may want to check it out. Here's a closeup of my D/S, will have it in a few days. I paid under $30 for the pair of these!

Thanks Willburton! I'll take a look at some '53-Ds today and see if I can find any treasures. Great coins and good eye!
