I have been looking around the Indian cent Varieties site and I can't seem to find any DDR listings for the 1899 cent. I was hoping if anyone had a book written by Rick Snow they could let me know if such a verity exists. Please let me know if anyone finds a DDR listing for the 1899 cent in any book or on any site, because I can't find any record of one existing. This is the site I am using to look for one:

The coin I am looking at is on ebay. I can't tell if it's doubling or an effect of the acid treatment or whatever someone did to it. There seems to be doubling on parts of the ribbon, and a little on the lower left leaves. On the arrow tip to the right, the one lowest of the three, there seems to be a split at the tip as well. Here is a link to the coin, and if you believe this to be a doubled die or you don't, please let me know. If it is a DDR, I would love to buy it but I just don't want to spend money on something that isn't what I want. Thanks for the help!
