Agree with XF-40. An RB designation typically is for uncirculated cents.

XF40 details. cleaned
the dart hole in the neck and what appears to be some corrosion around star 10 would also keep this from a straight holder even if the cleaning was acceptable.

I'm in the straight XF-40 group. And it's not even close to an RB.
But the lines below S-6 grab my eye. Best Guess: Die polishing from a clash.

Marks below S6 look like the result of finger feeder damage.

not damage. marks are called strong lines in Grellman book and are a good marker for attribution purposes.
