Hello everyone,

I've got more than one NGC slabbed coin that has what appears to be paint on the plastic insert. Saw it on this slab, and thought maybe it had been tampered with...went looking through my other coins and saw a trace of it on another one.

Anyway, thought it was interesting, and if anyone has any thoughts on what it is, that would be appreciated.
