Weird-Looking-$1-Bill-!-Is-It-Worth-Anything?

This $1 bill came through my register and I noticed it is out of alignment and miscut . dont know if it is altered after or it was an actual error . paper is larger than a usual size and is off centered and not cut in a rectangular shape.
I kept it like I always do with any odd looking coin but I dont know if there is any added value to this bill.
What y'all think ?

to CCF. The serial number starting with 99 used to or still does mean it was a sheet sold to the public. It is not off center enough to have a premium either way.

Someone cut it from a sheet. Not an error.

Definitely, and may I add, poorly cut from a sheet. No collector value other than being a novelty...which is why I kept this Faux-Star note.

That's... hilarious, and disturbing at the same time.

If I had seen Cskayem's bill, I would have wondered if the ink was still wet...
