This is not a coin and I found out what it was straight away by entering 2 words in Google. It would be better to try identifying coins/tokens/weights first using online resources before posting. Posting here is more a last resort when online searching fails to get results.

Also, download Coinoscope onto your mobile. It is actually pretty good at ID'ing coins.

Creounity time machine is also a great resource for dating foreign coins such as the Saudi Arabian coin.

For the record, the "two scruples" piece is an apothecary's weight. There were 24 scruples to an ounce.
