I believe you have a small rim Cud going on there, at least above the IN. Above the G is probably similar but so minor it would be unlikely to get listed as a Cud.

Images are too tight in to see for sure what is going on. If there is an incuse mark on the edge in several locations, it can make it appear that some areas are raised. So I can't tell for sure from the images provided what is going on with this coin.
