This is not an ancient coin, it is some type of modern fantasy piece.

I agree made in modern times. It is pretty hefty looking—perhaps made for a brooch or pendant?

Hello and welcome.

And I would have to agree - it's a modern brass "tourist piece". I have seen several similar items posted on the forum previously, that were bought in Italy in the mid-1900s. For this particular piece, the obverse is Roman, but the reverse is taken from a Greek decadrachm of Syracuse - an impossible combination for the same coin.
