Did they actually call it an Obv 1a/1? I can't see the tip of the neck truncation, but it looks like a 1a/1.

This coin I was expecting an MS-63 as it come from an ICCS grade MS-62.

Most coins I sent in from ICCS MS-62 flips to PCGS have come back either the same grade or down to MS-60.

This is the first one I've sent in that come back graded higher, from 62 - 64 is a nice reward especially for this 82 Hybird coin.

Although PCGS doesn't recognise the Obverse its a special coin for me in my collection.
