If on the EPU, you see the same event happening at the same angle, then it might be Machine Doubling. But if the mintmark is not reduced, then it might be a RPM. Removing the gunk out of the center of the mintmark might show us more? But looking again, it appears to have a split serif on the NW corner of the mintmark. Then in that case it is a RPM. Looks similar to WRPM-020: http://doubleddie.com/1468982.html V.V RPM-010: http://www.varietyvista.com/05%20JN...2PRPM010.htm You might check for markers for the die state and see if they match, or not?
