From a local auction I could own this 77, but is it worth buying this creased mis-alignment? (face only)

If so what is the maximum I should pay ?

Appreciate members thoughts.

I agree with John1. My understanding is that a portion of an adjoining note needs to be visible in the margin to be considered an error. An example of a very minor error with a sliver of an adjoining note seen in the lower margin.
