I'd call it EF and heavily whizzed...either that or it's a really strange looking fake. Sadly, I can see ICCS calling it anything from a details coin to a weak strike mint state...I'm super excited to see the answer to this one
Feel free to call me Will.

The print is clear, but I don't see the whizzing. I'll say MS-63.

I don't like the strike. I'd run but it's an ICCS. Given the lustre and despite the fingerprint I'll go with the last assessment, MS-63.

Whilst this coin does not necessarily look genuine to me, I would otherwise give it a VF-20 at best.

Whizzed, everything else looks ok on a technical point of view. The halo effect arround the letters look really suspect to me.

Genuine but whizzed I think ; everything else looks ok on a technical point of view. The halo effect arround the letters look really suspect to me.

First thought was fake, but whizzed looks right.

Can't fool you guys. A client insisted I send these out and did come back body bagged from ICCS. The pictures do give the whizzing away. Although in hand, other than the obvious wear, the fields look great to the naked eye. A little grading trickery now and then is good....
